Communication Skills – Active Listening is a set of simple skills, different than the way we usually talk, it is a whole other language commonly used in counseling, negotiation and other forms of critical communication to more fully recognize and incorporate differing points of view and express clarity. Learn how to influence and persuade others while avoiding conflict and misunderstandings. Good listening creates an atmosphere of mutual respect and self-control.

Good ones don’t happen accidentally but through effort and good techniques that allow both parties to feel good about themselves.
